Terms and Conditions
We understand that plans chan change and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting the integrity of the retreat. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your deposit secures your place and covers administrative and planning costs.
Balance payments
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat start date.
Full payment details and payment dates will be shared once your booking is confirmed and payment plans are available.
Cancellations by you
If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the retreat start date, your deposit is non refundable. But no further payments are required.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of the retreat the full balance is payable and non refundable.
If we are able to fill your place, we will refund any amount paid excluding the deposit.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us in writing at least 14 days before the retreat start date.
Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that Moonglade Retreat must cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat.
Travel & Insurance
We strongly recommend that guests arrange their own travel insurance to cover them for unexpected changes, illness, travel disruption, or cancellation.
Moonglade Retreat is not responsible for any travel related costs or losses incurred.
Moonglade Retreat is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat, or any other expenses incurred.
Participation
Moonglade Retreat includes movement, breath work, martial arts, and time in nature. As with many physical activities, there is an inherent risk of injury, which cannot be entirely eliminated.
All activities are offered in a supportive, beginner friendly environment.
Guests participate at their own discretion and are responsible for listening to their bodies and rest whenever needed. If you experience any discomfort or pain, please stop and inform the facilitator.
Participation in the retreat is undertaken at your own discretion.
Medical conditions
Please seek medical advice from your healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical conditions or health concerns.
Guests are required to notify us prior to booking of any medical conditions or injuries, previous and current, and any medication you are on so we can support appropriately.
Activities offered at Moonglade Retreat are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Allergies
Our guests are responsible for notifying us of any dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances.
